Precision Web Tension Instruments
Most Vishay BLH instruments are FM and CSA approved for hazardous environments. Digital units can be Allen-Bradley Remote I/O enabled.

NEMA 4 J-Box -
Panel Mount Display

LCt-104: multi-axis web tension indicator/controller.  Combined with patented HTU transducers, LCt-104 systems measure precise resultant force (FR) for dynamic wrap angles. LED indicators graphically display horizontal and vertical web balance. Auto-wrapping maintains smooth, constant tension as the roll diameter increases or decreases.

Enclosure

DXt-40: Continuous display of left, right, differential, or total tension. Four individual transducer A/D ports allow one unit to monitor multiple rolls. Algorithms pinpoint web center while on-line diagnostics detect web shifts and transducer failures. Four 16 bit analog outputs supply control signals for motor drives, etc. HTU DXt-40 units calculate exact wrap angle and resultant tension force.
