High performance LCp-100 Web Tension Indicator/Transmitter features focus on the requirements of precision, high speed tension measurement and control. They are compatible with all strain gage transducers and designed to connect easily with any PLC, DCS, or PC based process control system. Special design emphasis has been placed upon simplicity, reliability, and expandability. Outputs offered include an RS-422/485 serial communication port and 16 bit derived analog current output. Units are equipped with an expansion slot for installing a wide range of specialized digital interfaces such as Allen-Bradley Remote I/O, Modbus Plus, or Profibus. Selectable conversion speeds allow up to 120 conversions per second. This ultra-high speed analog output ensures prompt signal response for motor/brake/clutch control units. |
